Google Play says 'this item isn't available'. What do I do?

You can either download the app directly (.apk) or follow these steps:

• On your phone or tablet, open the Settings app.
• Tap Apps & notifications. See all apps.
• Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
• Tap Storage. Clear cache.
• Tap Clear storage. OK.
